3. Refreshing Reports

Reports are refreshed automatically every 15 minutes, however if you want to refresh manually you can do this with the “Refresh reports” button near the top of the page.

The last time your reports were refreshed can be found under your organisation name.

You can only refresh your reports once every 5 minutes. This includes automatic background refreshes. This is to prevent overloading the system.
